Reservations are strongly recommended, but not required. Walk-ins are welcome and will be seated on a first-come first-served basis. If you choose to walk in or come early to your reservation, you may be asked to wait outside of our patio until your table is ready. To manage reservations and walk-in requests, all table seatings will be limited to a two hour maximum.

At this time we will be taking parties up to 6 people. If you would like to make a larger reservation, please email info@shangrilafairoaks.com.

Our patio is dog friendly! Please keep all animals on a short leash to avoid tripping and keep our staff and guests safe. We are happy to provide a dog bowl for your use.

Yes! We can't wait to see your little ones. We kindly ask that kids remain at or by their table at all times. For the safety of our staff and guests as well as insurance liability purposes, we cannot allow children to run on the patio or bocce courts. Thank you for understanding!

Bocce courts are open! There is a two hour time limit in order for all of our guests to enjoy our bocce courts. Please visit the Host's desk for more information or to start playing.

A majority of our outdoor tables have umbrellas and we have a cooling mister system for your comfort. Our indoor dining room is air conditioned for those super hot days. Here at Shangri-la, we find our signature cocktails and slusheez to be very cooling as well.

We update our menu seasonally. Brunch will be returning as soon as we are able to be fully staffed. Please check our website for updates.

Outside wine is welcome with a $25 corkage fee. If you choose to bring in a special cake or cupcakes, we will happily store, plate, and serve your cake/cupcakes for a $2.50/diner fee.
